Engenuiti has been the best performing and most proactive consultant. I particularly value their approach to creating buildable solutions through collaboration with other disciplines and genuine interest in the construction process. Natasha Baum - Willmott Dixon
To fit the tight footprint, the community hall was built at ground level with the fitness suit and main sports hall stacked over and cantilevering out 7m from the building façade below. All “wet” elements of leisure remained at ground level to one side.
As well as designing for the stacked long-span spaces the project required, our civils team successfully negotiated an unforeseen 130m3 soakaway founded 11m below one end of the building. Careful negotiation and redesign were required to keep the project programme and costs on track.
