The Clients aspiration was for an exemplar sustainable design and ambitious delivery programme in time for their 25th Anniversary. Engenuiti engineered the iconic prefabricated timber frame that was designed, installed and opened within 12 months.

As well as minimising site disruption with high prefabrication, the project also achieved beyond zero embodied CO2 emissions.
