Our first project! Georgia always on our minds
Batumi Hilton Hotel & Residences, Batumi, Georgia
A 75,000 m2 mixed-used development comprised of two towers; a 21-storey hotel tower for Hilton International and a 19-storey residential tower; built over a double basement.

The building mixes steel and concrete construction to efficiently frame out ballrooms and roof top bars whilst taking account of the seismic nature of the region.
To meet the Client’s aspiration for a tower building with basement in a seismic zone, Engenuiti were able to demonstrate to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development that probabilistic methods could be used to establish the seismic design criteria, creating significant savings on the frame cost for the Client.
