How to expand, adapt and delight upon and existing RC frame for the benefit of future generations
Chapter Living, Kings Cross, London
The extensive refurbishment and remodelling of 1500sqm of social spaces throughout a complex of high end student accommodation.

The core structure of the building was stripped back and expressed to mimic the industrial heritage of the area and provide new communal and more inclusive reception, study and social areas as well as new gym, lecture and office facilities.
Engenuiti designed new extension structures that marry in to the existing building and allow future extension with minimal intervention.
