Located at 22 Buckingham Gate, Westminster, this property falls within the Bird Cage Walk Conservation Area. It has a Grade II listed façade and sits within a flood zone.

The client's brief was to refurbish and remodel the existing building and convert to high-end residential. We investigated several alternative solutions for the client to find the most cost-effective solution, including a partial remodelling of the structural frame and a façade retention with new internal structure. 

As part of the planning submission we looked at and modelled the construction sequence in 3D to explore and highlight risk areas for the client.
