Graduate Structural Engineer

Kath joined Engenuiti in January 2017 as a Graduate Structural Engineer following the completion of her degree. As part of her studies Kath undertook an industrial placement with DesignMake at LendLease, where she developed a passion for designing structural timber buildings and innovative and architecturally exciting structures. Kath was involved in the concept and detail design of both low rise and tall timber buildings, as well as creating technical calculations and connection design details.

Whilst at University Kath received the Civil and Environmental Engineering Construction Management Discipline Prize, achieved the Dean’s Honours List for excellence in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and was a member of the Engineers without Borders and Women in Engineering societies.

Kath has an eye for design detail and enjoys seeing projects through to construction. Since joining the Practice she has worked on a wide range of projects including The Fitzroy, a four storey structural timber retirement development in Falmouth; the refurbishment and extension of 223 - 225 Clapham Park Road in London; the extension and refurbishment of 26 Eldon Road; Denmark Street, the refurbishment and extension of seven listed and historic buildings in the iconic Tin Pan Alley and St Giles Circus, a large mixed use development in central London.
