PROJECTS
9 FITZJOHNS AVENUE, LONDON

Client: Private Client

Architect: Finkernagel Ross Architects

9 Fitzjohn’s Avenue is the substantial redevelopment of a late Victorian property into a modern family home. Set over five internal levels the project included a façade retention and rebuild of new floor plates with internal steel frame.

The rear façade has been completely remodelled to include new bay windows that cantilever from the main frame so as to create what appears to be a seamless glass wall.

A single level basement was created under the property in reinforced concrete using a combination of underpinning and mini piles.
